A complete, unedited unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from the beginning. This helps us verify the condition of the parcel upon delivery. Claims relating to missing items, incorrect products, incorrect colors, incorrect sizes, or damaged products may not be fully assessed without this evidence.
Request Timeframe
Requests should be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Review Process
Our support team will carefully review all submitted information. Reviews typically take 3–7 business days.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during promotional campaigns, clearance events, or at discounted prices are generally considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind, size preference, color preference, or personal preference.
However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially different product, we will review your request in accordance with this policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable or another mutually agreed method.
Replacements
Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund.
Non-Eligible Requests
